What’s a refurbished phone?
Buying a refurbished phone from us isn’t the same as buying a second-hand phone from your friend or an auction site. All our refurbished phones come with 24-months warranty, plus, they’re VOXI Assured - this means they have a 32-point health check to ensure they’re in full working order. They’re fully sanitised and any data left on them is totally wiped. And, 14-day returns for complete peace of mind.
To reduce waste, our refurbished phones are shipped in recyclable packaging, which will contain your chosen phone and a charging cable. AC adapters and headphones aren’t included.
Why are some of your refurbished phones ‘Great’ and others ‘Like New’?
Our refurbished phones come in two types of condition: Like New or Great. Our refurbished phones in Like New condition have no visible signs of use on the casing or the screen, whereas our refurbished phones in Great condition have minor signs of use on the casing or the screen, such as light marks or barely visible scratches.
What does warranty cover?
Refurbished phones have warranty which covers against any manufacturer faults and repairs for 24 months.
What checks do refurbished phones go through?
All our refurbished phones are fully functional and in great condition. They’ve been through a 32-point health check covering battery, touchscreen, camera and more. Every one of our refurbished phones are fully sanitised and any data left on them is totally wiped – so your new phone is truly your own.
