What is Black Friday?
Black Friday is the world's largest annual shopping event, rolling around on the last Friday of November every year. It originated in the US as a post-Thanksgiving sale, but has been gaining a lot of popularity in the UK over the last ten years. Around the time of Black Friday, retailers offer great discounts on popular products, like VOXI’s big savings on the latest mobile phones. This makes Black Friday a great time to start your Christmas shopping, so you can save money by buying gifts early and at a better price.
What is VOXI's return policy on Black Friday sales?
Our returns policy on Black Friday sales is the same as all year round. If you buy from VOXI you get 14 days to change your mind, from the day you get your phone – whatever the reason. We can send you a returns label via email, or post out a pre-printed returns label (2-5 days for delivery). If you have more questions about this, you can contact us.
What is Cyber Monday?
Cyber Monday is part of the Black Friday weekend, taking place on the Monday after Black Friday. Originally created as a separate sale to Black Friday, Cyber Monday was designed to encourage people to shop for online-only deals, but is now considered as an extension of the Black Friday shopping event.
